    Sales Engineer/Business Solutions Engineer 2015-04-10

    Main Accountabilities

    - Agree and meet the project budget

    - Develop and implement a business plan for scope, which implements the sales strategies and policies of the business

    - Understand and agree target market place within territory, with agreed target accounts, growth strategies and actions

    - Specifying KNX and SmartHome products Identify, track and communicate all projects to optimize sales to KNX System Integrators and Enno’s relevant

    distribution channels and enable project intelligence / referrals to be passed to ENNO friendly Integrators and Distributors.

    *Communicate project intelligence to enable sales teams to optimize opportunity for ABB KNX/SmartHome products


    Customer

    - Implement high quality visits to existing and potential customers

    - Carry out sales / product demonstrations to customers

    - Build and enhance relationshipswith existing and target customers, utilizing appropriate corporate hospitality outside of normal working hours as deemed necessary

    - Present ENNO in the best light to customers by exhibiting the highest standards of values, behavior and dress

    - Attend exhibitions, customer entertainment and company events as may be reasonably required on a national and international basis that may require overnight stays away from home

    - Proactively follow up sales leads to final conclusion

    - Key Target customers: Consultants, Architects/Interior Designer, Developer and End User

    Key Account Sales Manager 2015-04-10

    Tasks:

    1. Develop new customers and new business and also maintain the existing business and customers in Intelligent Building/Home market;

    2. Establish and expand networks with key-customers (real-estates developers, system-integrators, high-end building/home design companies, lighting design firms.) in lighting control/home automation market.

    3. Make Prospect Attack Plans to develop new sales in building/home automation areas

    4. Analyze technical trends and innovations as well as derive and communicate corresponding recommendations internally as well as to the other subsidiaries

    5. Lead marketing activities (industry and competition analysis, Seminars, Road-show)

    6.Work as a team member for realization of team sales target;


    Requirements:

    1. University majored in industrial automation/mechanical-electronic engineering

    2. At least 3 years working experience in technical sales position of selling lighting/RCU/air conditioning/building security or related products for LEED acredited buildings, five-star hotels, luxury apartments/villa.

    3. Be familiar with Intelligent lighting/building industry

    4. Be familiar with end users and channels in Intelligent lighting/building industry

    5. excellent interpersonal and presentation skill

    6.Foreign invested company preferred

    7.Good sales track record.

    Senior Industrial Designer 2015-04-10

    Job Summary

    The ENNO Industrial Design team is looking for a CAD sculptor/Digital 3D modeler to create high quality CAD models used in the industrial design process and development of new products.


    Key Qualifications

    An ideal candidate will have a strong interest and enthusiasm in a 3D modeling career. Proficiency in Alias or Rhino is preferred, as is the ability to manually manipulate and refine surfaces beyond basic use of software tools. Candidates may also be familiar with rendering and visualization software packages, CAD file format translations, and design for manufacturing of injection molding or CNC machining. An understanding of Unigraphics or other solid modeling CAD packages is helpful.


    Description

    The CAD sculptor is responsible for interpreting and defining the design intent of the industrial designer using Alias software while working with mechanical engineering, manufacturing and tooling requirements.

    3D CAD data is used to develop product concepts, detailed appearance models, and renderings as well as production level surfaces used for engineering and tooling. The CAD Sculpting team is integral to the design and development of current and future Apple products.

    Candidate must be deadline-driven and possess excellent problem solving, organization, and interpersonal skills.

    Experience in industrial design, computational geometry, model making, product design, or related field is desired; however, recent graduates with advanced surface modeling skills will also be considered.

    The HW System Integrator role is a unique position allowing ownership of all things "EE" about a product. All the way from architecture to component selection, schematic capture and board layout to validation and manufacturing. Our products are on the cutting edge in every way: integration, connectivity, power consumption, fabrication, reliability, manufacturing scale, and design.

    Key Qualifications

    - Hands-on experience in prototype bring-up and debugging, functional verification. You have an ability to go learn how to quantify and test new technologies.

    - Experience in dealing with system Integration challenges such as EMC, RF/Desense, SI, Power Integrity, Place & Route guidance and Power Budgeting.

    - Experience designing high volume products from beginning to end and dealing with contract manufacturers is a huge bonus.

    - Desirable technology knowledge:

    - Power design (AC/DC or DC/DC) for audio applications

    - Smarthome hardware system design & measurement

    - Bluetooth & WLAN radio integration

    - Processor selection (MCUs, SoCs, DSPs)
